You know the saying, “When one door closes, another one opens”?
When Michael Vincent of Forbidden Brewing Co. in Courtenay decided to close the doors on his brewery, he got in touch and offered us his equipment…with a timeline. It was an offer we couldn’t resist! We scrambled to get a (motley) crew down island, rent trailers and trucks. We worked until the sun went down, and then some!
